1 Acceptance & Legal Age

By registering an account, downloading the official game client, browsing our web portal, or connecting to the worlds of Dragon Ball: God of Destruction, you express your full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Use, as well as the Purchase Policy, Game Rules, and Privacy Policy.

If you are a minor according to the laws of your country, your use of the server requires the express consent and continuous supervision of your parents or legal guardians. We do not retain civil identity documents; the truthfulness of this statement is the sole responsibility of the user and their guardians.

2 Your Account is Your Responsibility

Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. The account name, password, and registered email address are the only credentials that authenticate the holder across our systems.

All actions taken through your account in-game or on the website are directly and indisputably attributed to its holder. Lending, sharing accounts with friends/guild members, or logging in on shared computers does not transfer this responsibility: if violations occur, the penalty will fall on the account and registered holder.

Shared accounts have no support coverage: The administration does not restore items, undo character deletions, or revert status resulting from theft, losses, or disputes between individuals who shared login credentials.

3 License to Play & Virtual Assets

All characters, transformations, vocations, spells, items, houses, virtual currencies, and database records belong exclusively to the infrastructure of the Dragon Ball: God of Destruction server.

The use of phrases such as 'my character', 'my gear', or 'my account' signifies solely a temporary license to access and play granted to the player as long as they abide by the rules.

4 Availability & 'As-Is' Service

The service is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We dedicate continuous technical efforts and Anti-DDoS protection to ensure stability and high uptime, yet it is impossible to guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation or immunity to external global internet instabilities.

Scheduled or emergency maintenance, ISP routing outages, preventive technical rollbacks caused by critical glitches, and continuous game balance tuning are natural parts of online games and do not entitle players to financial compensation or material indemnities.

5 Player Conduct & Content

Created warrior names, guild emblems, statements in public chat channels, and support tickets are the sole responsibility of the player. Offensive names, discriminatory references, or attempts to impersonate staff members will result in forced renames or account bans.

6 Fair & Uniform Rule Enforcement

The administration holds the sovereign authority to warn, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate access to any account that violates established policies.

7 Terms Amendments

These terms may be periodically revised to reflect system improvements or legal compliance. Continued access and gameplay following updates represent your full acceptance of the latest version.

1 Automation & Unauthorized Software

Using injection tools, external unauthorized utilities, macro scripts, or automated bots that perform unattended gameplay without real-time human interaction (e.g., cavebotting, 100% AFK healing macros, unauthorized auto-aim) is strictly forbidden.

Multi-Client (MC) & Event IP Blocker: Moderate multi-client usage for standard training or regular gameplay is tolerated. However, during automated events, tournaments, and reward activities, the server enforces an automated IP/connection blocker (allowing only 1 participant per connection). Attempting to bypass this security via rotating proxies, VPNs, or virtual machines to farm event rewards on secondary accounts constitutes fraud and results in disqualification and account sanctions.

2 Bug Abuse & Exploits

Intentionally exploiting mechanical flaws, map glitches, item duplication, or abnormal damage/experience calculations for personal gain or to harm others is treated as a major violation.

Any identified anomaly must be reported immediately to the staff via Discord or official support. Accounts caught abusing bugs will be banned and illicit gains purged from the game economy.

3 Real Money Trading (RMT), HK Tokens & Account Ownership

Player-to-player trading of items, characters, and Zenny using real-world currency (RMT) is permitted, operating entirely at the sole risk and responsibility of the participating parties.

Staff Disclaimer: The server administration does not act as an escrow/middleman and bears zero liability for losses, scam attempts, fraudulent payment receipts, or bank chargebacks resulting from external financial deals. We do not issue in-game bans based on off-game banking disputes between third parties.

Account Trading & Recovery Key (RK): Formal account ownership in the system belongs strictly and solely to the holder of the registered email address and Recovery Key (RK). For your protection, the website Account Management panel offers an official feature to reset / generate a new Recovery Key and update the registered email. Transactions where the buyer fails to reset these credentials and loses access to the original owner will not receive manual staff intervention.

4 Community Conduct & Respect

We foster an intense and competitive combat environment, yet toxic discrimination has zero tolerance in our community:

• No Hate Speech: Any manifestation of racism, homophobia, xenophobia, religious intolerance, or misogyny results in immediate permanent expulsion.
• Harassment & Threats: Real-life physical threats or illegal exposure of private personal information (doxxing) will result in in-game bans and referral to law enforcement.
• Competitor Advertising (Spam): Promoting other servers or suspicious external links in public or private chats is strictly forbidden.

5 Interaction with Server Staff

Falsely claiming to be a member of the administration (Admin, CM, GM, or Tutor) or spreading defamatory rumors about the team constitutes a serious offense.

Staff decisions regarding rule enforcement are guided by fairness and the server's long-term health. Penalty inquiries must be submitted respectfully through the official ticket system.
